I have been on a journey of self-discovery, self-love, health, and embodiment since I was a young adult. Through this human experience, I’ve been guided to many modalities, protocols and healings. I am now a bodyworker with 11+ years of professional experience. I combine my knowledge of myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Thai bodywork, Ayurvedic marma points and abdominal therapies with a trauma- informed lens.

 About Amanda

My life path has always been one of witnessing family and friends through their traumas in order to encourage them to trust their own journey, as they transmute those challenges into life, growth and change. My connection with nature and the unseen worlds has greatly influenced my style of work. I have a deep reverence for death and the darker parts of life, believing that going into the body’s stored discomfort liberates the soul. I enjoy creating a space where all of the tools and intuitive specialities join together in creating the perfect session.

I also teach the use of mushroom medicine within an intentional framework as a supportive and expansive offering for humanity’s healing, personal growth, and evolution.

My experiences with mushroom medicine has profoundly impacted and changed my life. I educate people on how to effectively and intentionally optimize their mushroom experiences. I do so within a variety of frameworks which include guided microdosing journeys and integration ceremony guidance, in combination with my bodywork techniques, somatic nervous system tools, wellness modalities and self-ritual practices.

When I am not with clients, I spend my time deeply connecting with nature, foraging mushrooms, cooking, making herbal medicine, dancing and chasing waterfalls.

Reverence

Opening the fascia of the body results in potent releases for the receiving client.  It is common for one to experience emotional clearing or re-lived trauma responses through this work. I witness all clients with reverence as they open up to these possibilities.

It is foundational for clients to feel safe throughout our time together. I hope to provide feelings of safety by maintaining a professional relationship with clients, respecting client requests and boundaries and only offering services within my scope of practice.
